ABOUT NORTH BAY

North Bay is a diverse community that offers a perfect blend of opportunity and easy living. With a population of approximately 52,662 and a trading area of 112,000 people.

We are a business friendly community boasting: low cost serviced industrial land with multinational industry residing in harmony among beautiful parks and recreational facilities; power centres outside of the vibrant downtown core; a state-of-the-art regional health care facility, and extensive educational infrastructure.

Some of the major attributes of North Bay are the quality and diversity of its heritage and natural environment. Residents of North Bay and area enjoy fresh air, abundant clean water, plenty of green space for outdoor activities and low density living with all of the benefits of full urban services. From condo-by-the-lake living, to modern executive-style dwellings, to old-world Victorian housing, living in North Bay is both safe and affordable.
